When you come to the car dealer - you do not ask him: "Please give me a quote for a car, a would like to order one."
You need to be more specific. Used or new, sport or family, SUV or sedan....And also a price range.
It is the same with catering. We need to understand what kind of an event it is. Is it standing? Self-service? 
When and how long it will last? 
We also need a price range. 
And yes we will need to talk to you as well. :)
